I have an MA in English Literature from the University of Edinburgh, various postgraduate publishing qualifications and more than a decade of experience working in house at top publishing companies. Before launching my freelance career, I was Head of Content for a B2B PR company where I managed teams, boosted client reputations and honed my business writing skills.

I’m a people person and love building strong, lasting relationships with clients, which have included self-publishing authors, HarperCollins, Whitefox, John Murray, Elliott & Thompson, HarperNorth, Curtis Brown, HQ and The Soho Agency.

When not at my desk, I can be found walking my dog Toby around the green hills of Bath in Somerset, where I am lucky enough to live with my husband and two boys.

Fun fact: I eat dark chocolate almost every day…
